Shipping Policy

***Express and Expedited orders with different billing and shipping addresses will be cancelled***

  • We do not guarantee shipping days once your order leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for uncontrollable events or shipping delays that may interrupt scheduled shipping services. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damages must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery has been made.
  • We no longer ship HOODS, BED SIDE PANELS, WINDSHIELDS, BACK GLASS or DOOR GLASS due to a high damage rate. They are still listed in the catalog but if ordered will be removed from your order.
  • In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
  • Orders over $200.00 will require a Signature upon delivery.
  • Business Days are considered Monday - Friday.  Business days do NOT include Weekends or Holidays. Weekend and Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping charges include the cost of processing, packaging and shipping your order.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 1-2 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. Some items ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will ship to you as soon as we receive it.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped Next Business Day, 2 Business Days or Expedited for an additional cost.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders. 
  • We ship all Ground orders using FedEx or U.S.P.S. (at our discretion) . Express options are available for some items.
  • In some cases PO Boxes or APOs are not serviced.
  • We do not ship internationally.



Express Shipping: (1 Business Day, 2 Business days) In stock items will ship within 1 business day of order placement. Out of stock items will ship your selected shipping method once they are received by us from GM. No Weekend Deliveries.

Expedited Shipping: (3-4 business days 48 states only) In stock items will ship within 1 business day of order placement. Out of stock items will ship your selected shipping method once they are received by us from GM. No Weekend Deliveries.

Will Call Orders: We no longer accept customer pick up orders due to a large amount of fraud in our local area. To order from this website all orders must be shipped.

Refused, Return to sender, Undeliverable or incomplete addresses. These packages will be treated as a NEW RETURN. The RESTOCK FEE will apply and the RETURN SHIPPING will be deducted from your refund!
