We will take back Cores and most returns for 30 DAYS from the date you received your order. Just pack the part up in its original package and send it back at your expense within the 30 day time period.  

DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. WRITE ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND TAPE IT TO THE BOX. **THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THE BOX HAS BEEN WRITTEN ON OR IF IT IS NOT IN THE ORIGINAL GM PACKAGE**. DO NOT COVER OR SCRATCH OUT THE GM LABEL. DO NOT USE ANY TAPE ON THE BOX OTHER THAN CLEAR PACKING TAPE. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days.

Refused, Return to sender, Undeliverable or incomplete addresses. These packages will be treated as a NEW RETURN. The RESTOCK FEE will apply and the RETURN SHIPPING will be deducted from your refund!

• Please e-mail [email protected] notifying us of your order number, part number you are returning and date you shipped the item back (must be within 30 days of purchase date)
• Parts that were ordered without providing a VIN number on the order are not returnable
• When adding a part to your vehicle that did not come on your vehicle from the factory we cannot verify fitment, even with the VIN
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 20% restocking fee on all new returned parts
• Parts must be resaleable and in the Original GM Box or Parts Bag (package you received the part in) with all GM labels intact. Do not write on the box
• We cannot take back installed, painted or tried parts
• All Electrical parts are non returnable (even if unopened) Including wiring harnesses. If it plugs in, its considered electrical. 
• Cores must be drained if applicable and in their original packaging
• Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable
• Paint or chemicals are not returnable 
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria

Core Return Policy

• Cores must be returned within 30 days (at your expense) in the original GM Package/Box with Core Label intact
• Include a copy of your invoice
• Cores must be the factory OEM part in the original GM box or package with the GM Labels and Core label intact. Returned cores must be on a "like-for-like" basis, meaning that the returned core has the exact same fitment/options as the part that was purchased. Aftermarket cores or cores without the GM package will not be accepted. Do not write on the box. We will not ship unacceptable cores back to you. These items will be thrown away and no credit will be issued. GM does not accept aftermarket cores.
• Mechanical Part Cores must not have physical damage and all fluids must be drained to receive credit. Damaged Body Part Cores (Lamps, Bumpers) are acceptable.

New Return Policy

• Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date
• Include a copy of your invoice
• Parts that were ordered without providing a VIN are not returnable

• All returns must include a copy of your invoice
• Ship at your expense using a trackable shipper
• Insure your shipment. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in shipping
